Well the move was crazy, chaotic and stressful. BUT we did it and we could not be happier, now that the dust has settled.
We have successfully done four months of Pantry Days in our new little home. We have an AMAZING landlord and at least 1 great neighbor that we have met so far. We are also more centrally located in our city.
Our move as also allowed us to serve our clients with physical limitation easier with our new drive-thru Pantry Day model. It is more efficient for the ladies to bring the family’s pet food packages right out to the car and send our client on their way. No one even has to get out of their car and worry about walking anywhere. We have also been approached by a neighbor to help with fundraising/food-raising for us and the boss is working on that.
All around it has just worked out so well in our favor and for our clients too. Who knew an eviction could be such a blessing.
